Guest List Requirements

Please be sure all names, titles, addresses, and zip codes are correct and complete on your printed or typed list.

Do not use abbreviations unless where appropriate, for example:  100 B Street S.W., and the usual Sr., Jr., III, Dr., and so on.  I will help you through this when we review your list. 

Please number or bullet each address as seen in sample below.  

For the inner envelopes, please show how you would like each name to appear, listing children oldest to youngest.  You can go formal or informal:

Formal:    Mr. and Mrs. Jones
Informal:   Aunt Bunny and Uncle Jeff

Your list will look like this:

          1.  Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Jones

Choose a high quality paper to prevent ink from bleeding.  Envelopes are addressed in waterproof drawing ink.  Include a minimum of 10 extra envelopes to cover corrections and additions. 

Deposit or full payment (check or money order made payable to JBJ GROUP ) is required upon my receipt of your envelopes.

Turn-around time is about 2 weeks (appropriate time to mail wedding invitations is 2 months before the event).
